By way of filing of the instant writ petition, a challenge has been made to the impugned order dated 16.01.2013 by which the agreement of the petitioner on the post of Prerak was discontinued. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents has apprised this Court that the scheme pertaining to selection/appointment of Prerak has been discontinued.
