a The Court made the following Order: The petitioner was entrusted the work i.e., “O & M - Category ‘A’ 2017-18 (Khariff) - Removal of slit and cleaning obstructions from the bad of Katuvapalli Tank Supply Channel and Field Channel in Manubolu Mandal of SPSR Nellore District, under agreement dated
15.09.2018. After completion of the said works, the respondent have also issued the quality control certificate on authorities 17.12.2018 and also prepared measurement book on 21.01.2019 to a tune of Rs.1,86,045/-. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that, in spite of same, the respondent authorities have failed to release the said amount in favour of the petitioner. Challenging which, the present writ petition was filed. petitioner has filed the quality control certificate dated establish before this Court that he is entitled for payment of an amount of Rs. 1,86,045/-. The
