Petitioner is presently serving as Junior Engineer (Mechanical), Sub Division Kaza, District Lahaul Spiti, H.P. His case is that on completion of two winters and three summers in the aforesaid tribal area, he preferred a representation on 26.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 seeking transfer to non-tribal area, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
