Anand Surya, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner; Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development. 2. The Writ Petitioner is claiming an amount of Rs.21,01,210/- as a net amount after statutory deduction of a sum of Rs.5,87,231/-. 3. Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Executive Engineer, P.I.U. Chittoor, dated 07.04.2025. Copy of it is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 3. The Respondents have admitted that the total value of work done by the Writ Petitioner is for an amount of Rs.26,88,441/- and that after deduction of the tax etc., of a sum of Rs.5,87,231/-, the balance sum of Rs.21,01,210/- is due to be paid to the Writ Petitioner by the Official Respondents. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the express admission by the Official Respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the Writ Petition with a direction to the Official Respondents including the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to complete the entire inter-departmental administrative process in every respect within a period of 12 weeks from today and transfer the admitted amount of Rs.21,01,210/- as full and final settlement within four weeks thereafter by transferring the said 3 amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the competent authority within one week from today for effective compliance. 5.With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed.
