This application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 05.07.2024 passed in A.B.A. No.2785 of 2024.
In A.B.A No.2785 of 2024 an order was passed on 05.07.2024 allowing the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a further direction to him to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of four weeks and in the event of his surrender, he was directed to be released on bail.
