C. : 1. Heard rival submissions. 2. The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 3448 days, which appears to be caused due to his poor financial condition. 3. The learned counsel for the acquiring body and the learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that no reasonable cause is mentioned for condoning the delay. 4. However, considering the statutory right of the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed subject to cost of Rs.5000/- to be paid to Registry, for utilization of High Court Dispensary. 2025:BHC-AUG:6542 2 926 ca 5381-22 5.
