Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional PP, Assam for the respondent No.1. Also heard Mr. U. K. Barman, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. 2. This is an application filed under Section 481 BNSS, 2023 praying for allowing the petitioner to go on previous bail or fresh bail. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner was convicted and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.300/- under Section 341 IPC and sentenced to S.I. for 2 years and fine of Rs.2,000/- under Section 325 IPC with default stipulation by the learned CJM, Nalbari in G.R. Case No. 90/2015, vide its judgment and order dated 18.08.2022, which has been affirmed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nalbari in Crl. Appl. No. 03/2017 and the learned Sessions Judge granted bail to the petitioner for Rs.5,000/- allowing him to prefer a revision/appeal before this Court fixing the case on 19.01.2025 for his appearance. 4. At the time of preferring the revision petition, inadvertently the interlocutory application for allowing him to remain on previous bail could not be furnished and hence, by the present petition it is prayed that the petitioner may be allowed to remain on previous bail till disposal of the connected revision petition. 5. Mr. Borthakur, learned APP and Mr. Barman, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 raised no objection in that regard. Page No.# 3/3 6. In view of the above, the present interlocutory application is allowed and the present petitioner is allowed to remain on previous bail till disposal of the connected revision petition. 7.
