Counsel for the Petitioner prays for the following relief(s):- (i)That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and directed to respondent regarding instruction should be given to make proper arrangements to sent the petitioner to Bangalore for proper treatment as per Recommendation letter dated 04.02.2025. (iv) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed this petitioner foe seeking Direction regarding higher treatment Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.07.07 11:15:59 +0530 2 of the petitioner at neurology NIMH Bangalore as per recommendation letter dated 04.02.2025 doctor of this department of the psychologist has issued recommendation letter regarding refer to department of NIMHANS Bangalore. The petitioner is suffering physical ailments, he could not be able to take treatment from Bangalore, therefore the petitioner may be provided help from state government from higher treatment from Bangalore. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the fact that earlier also vide writ petition (c ) No. 651/2020, the Coordinate Bench of this Court has observed that the petitioner has been examined on two occasions; firstly, in Dr. B.R. Ambedker Memorial Hospital, Raipur and secondly, in AIIMS Raipur and on both the hospitals, the Doctors having not found any serious ailment, therefore, this Court finds it appropriate to dispose of the petition of the petitioner as no ground is made out by the petitioner which warrants interference.
