None for respondents No. 7 and 8 though served CMP(M) No.1614 of 2025 Present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 172 days in filing the present appeal. It has been averred in the application that certified copy of the impugned judgment dated 01.08.2024 was applied by the learned counsel for the applicants in the Copying Agency on 08.08.2024 and the same was delivered to the counsel on 21.08.2024. Thereafter after obtaining the certified copy of the order, matter was taken up by the applicants with ofÏce of Superintending Engineer (Op) Circle , HPSEB Ltd. Nahan with the higher authority and thereafter on account of interdepartmental communication/correspondence,the delay has occurred in filing the present appeal. The applicant has assigned the reasons for the delay in para 2(a) to 2(h) of the application. The reasons as assigned in the application are plausible and reasonable. Consequently, the delay in filing the present Regular Second Appeal is condoned and the present application is allowed and disposed off. RSA _____of 2026(RSAST No. 25019/24) Appeal be registered.
