Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Earlier, the pre-arrest bail application of petitioners was rejected vide order dated 26.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84916 of 2019. 4. No fresh ground has been made out on behalf of the petitioners for re-consideration of their pre-arrest bail application. Regard being had to allegations made in F.I.R., Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17101 of 2025(2) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused.
