Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the compromise has already been taken place between the parties outside the Court and the copy of the compromise application has been filed along with the covering memo, in which it is mentioned that the compromise has been taken place on 10.07.2025, before two advocates of the respective parties. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the compromise between the parties, the matter be consigned to record. 6. In view of the same, the matter is consigned to record.
