Because of factual deficiencies in the writ petition particularly the lack of details as to how each and every petitioner is individually aggrieved by the construction of the road relatable to his or her proprietary land and by reference to which khasra number, the adjudication of this writ petition on merit would be a very onerous exercise for this Court as the Court is not meant for the factual deficiencies filling for the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to be granted for filing fresh writ petition purged off the deficiencies as pointed out above. 3. Liberty granted. Serial No. 12 2 RFA No. 46/2023 4. Writ petition is dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioners leaving it to their individual discretion whether to come up individually or collectively, in filing a new writ petition, subject to the condition that a certified copy of the present writ petition along with copy of this order to be annexed with the fresh writ petition if filed. 5.
