For the Respondents : Nemo. Ajay Mohan Goel (oral) By way of present application, a prayer has been made for condonation of 02 years 27 days’ delay in filing the appeal. 2. The Court stands informed that time barred appeals preferred by the State against the same judgment have been dismissed by this Court, by rejecting an application for condonation of delay, in terms of order passed in, CMP(M) No.2055 of 2025 along with LPA No.77 of 2026 and other connected matters, titled State of H.P. and others vs. Monika Thakur and others, on 27.02.2026. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. In the light of the fact that this Court has not condoned the delay in filing the other appeals preferred against the same judgment, against which present appeal has also been preferred along with an application for condonation of 02 years, 27 days’ delay in filing the appeal, this application is also dismissed on the basis of the reasoning given by the Bench in Monika Thakur’s case (supra). 4. In view of the dismissal of the application for condonation of delay, the main appeal is also dismissed. 5. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
