The learned Counsel for the applicants has prayed for withdrawal of 50% Page No.# 2/2 of the awarded amount deposited by the insurance company. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the claimant that the claimant has a good case and there is every possibility to succeed in the appeal. 4. The learned counsel for the insurance company has raised objection. 5. I have considered the submissions at the Bar with circumspection. 6. Considering all aspects, the claimants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount deposited by the insurance company before the Registry of this Court subject to the condition that they shall execute an indemnity bond to the satisfaction of the Registry, who may release the amount after proper verification. 7.
