Dhaulta, Additional Advocate General. Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J Notice. Mr. Y.P.S. Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner is serving as Drawing Master at Government Senior Secondary School Shiva Kuther, Tehsil Thunag, District Mandi, H.P. stated to be a remote area. His grievance is that on completion of normal tenure at the aforesaid remote area, he 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 preferred representations on 06.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) & 03.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.3/competent authority seeking his transfer, but the aforesaid representations have not been decided till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, he is permitted to make a fresh representation to the respondents/competent authority, whereafter, the said respondents/competent authority be directed to decide the representation, to be made by him, in accordance with law, within time bound schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents/competent authority, within a period of two weeks from today for the redressal of his grievances, who shall in turn, consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within a further period of four weeks.
