Petitioner is presently serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Hindi) at Government High School Behlidhar, District Mandi, H.P. stated to be a sub cadre/hard area. His case is that he had completed requisite service in the aforesaid place; In terms of the applicable transfer policy, he preferred a representation on 17.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.3 seeking his transfer to a soft area of his choice, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
