Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.412 dated 09.10.2024, registered under Sections 21(b) of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act and Section 14(a) of Foreigners Act, 1946, added later on) at Police Station Gannaur, District Sonipat. 2. By virtue of order dated 18.02.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sandeep Kumar, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5.
