After arguing the matter for some time by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court pointed out that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and 4th respondent. 2.
At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition. The learned counsel endorsed the same on the bundle. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
