CMP(M) No. 2003 of 2024 Learned counsel for the State submits that the Writ petitioner/respondent retired on 30.06.2023 and the Writ petition was allowed on the basis of a judgment passed on 28.05.2024 in CWP No. 2274 of 2021 titled Satya Devi vs. State of H.P and others. The benefit thus has been given of retirement age at the age of 60 years, which would thus amount to only financial benefits at this stage. It is submitted that the Apex Court had stayed various orders passed by this Court subsequent to Satya Devi’s Case and connected matter being LPA No.228 of 2025 is pending for 02.07.2025. In such circumstances, delay of 56 days’ in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 09.07.2024 in CWP No. 4719 of 2023 is condoned. The application stands disposed of. LPA No.308 of 2025 Notice be issued to the respondent on steps being taken within two days, returnable for 02.07.2025. List alongwith LPA No.228 of 2025. ( G.S.
