In view of the direction passed by this Court in I.A(Civil) 3438/2025 staying the impugned judgment dated 04.10.2023 on the condition that 50% of the awarded amount may be deposited by the Insurance Company, the claimants are allowed to withdraw the deposited amount as and when it is deposited by the appellant upon execution of indemnity bond.
