GP FOR WOMEN DEV CHILD WELFARE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in issuing the orders for termination vide proceedings 2 No.4315/A2019, dated 13-11-2019 and ordered for the termination of Petitioner with immediate effect and ordered to consider the qualification and eligibility of the 4th respondent as Anganwadi Worker, is illegal, arbitrary.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare would submit that, initially challenging the appointment of the Petitioner as Anganwadi Worker, Writ Petition No.4315 of 2007 came to be filed by Respondent No.4 herein. The said writ petition was allowed, the Petitioner was terminated from service and Respondent No.4 was appointed as Anganwadi Worker. Subsequently, Respondent No.4 resigned the post. The Petitioner has submitted a representation and considering the same, she was appointed as Anganwadi Worker and she has been continuing as such. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. None represented for the Petitioner. 4. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
