ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in directing the 3rd respondent to give police protection to the 5th respondent in LPRS/99/2018, Dt. 19.04.2018 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same.”
2. Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that there is an interim suspension of the directions issued by Respondent No.4 directing Respondent No.3 to give police protection to Respondent No.5.
3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, Respondent No.5 is no more and the cause of action does not survive. Hence, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
