ORDER: The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioners/accused to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.367/2024 of Jangareddygudem Police Station, Eluru District.

2) A case has been registered against the petitl'oners and others for the offences punt-shable under sections 189(2), 329(4),109(1),118(1), 76, 324(2), 351(2) read wI'th 190,115(2) of B.N.S. 3) case of the prosecution in brief is that on 24.8.2024 at about 9.00 A.M., when the defacto complainant Mandapati Kanaka Durga along wI'th her husband, son, daughter-jn-law and her sI-Ster-in-law were present at her house, accused Nos.1 to 6 along with some other persons unlawfully assembled and criminally trespassed ['nto her house wl-th deadly weapons and questioned her son about the daughter of one parepallI- Gangarao. Then, he replied that he does not know about her. on that, the accused Nos.1 to 6 and others dragged her son from their house by beatI®ng hl-m with hands and kI'Cking wI-th legs and tried to board her son I'n the car of accused No.1 forcI-bly. As he refused, accused Nos.1 to 6 tried to kill hI'm, When the defacto complainant and her sister-I'n-law rushed there to rescue her son, accused No.1 caught hold the tuft of her hair and slapped and torn her blouse and saree and misbehaved with her and l'nsulted her in public place and threatened her to kl-II them, and also beat her sister-I'n-law and misbehaved wI'th her too and caused severe bleeding injuries to them. rescued them and shifted them to Government Hospital, Jangareddigudem for treatment, Basing On the Statement Of the defacto complainant, the aforesaid case was registered. 4) Heard. PerusedthereCOrd. 5) A perusal of the material aVa"able On record gOeStO ShOWthata dispute arose between the two families in connection with the incident stated to have been taken place wherein the accused nos.1, 5 and 7 along with others went to the house of the defacto complainant and beat the victim.
on a perusal of the First Information Report, names of the petitioners were not shown as accused in this crime. During the course of investigation, the names of the petitioners herein were added as accused 'ln the case. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that injuries sustained are simple 'ln nature. 6) ln view of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances Of the Case, this court is inclined to consider the prayer of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 7) Accordingly, in the event Of their arrest With regard tO this Crime, petitioners/accused sha" be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,OOO/-(Rupees ten thousand Only) each, with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioners shall `irdr3f4>
I .i make themselves available for investigation as and when required and that they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. The petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, Once in a Week i.e. On every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet. 9) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
