JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 13/08/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the suit for cancellation of sale deed, declaration and permanent injunction on 14.12.2023. He further submits that the as regards the defendant Nos. 1 & 2 is concerned, the ex-parte proceedings have already been ordered and defendant No. 3 has already filed the written statement. Counsel for the petitioner made a limited prayer that the court below may be directed to expedite the suit proceedings. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court feels that ends of justice would meet if the court below is directed to expedite the suit proceedings. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional District Judge No. 10, Jaipur Metropolitan-I, Head Quarter Sanganer to expedite the suit proceedings of suit No. 216/2023.
