The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 69/2024 arising out of Bano P.S. Case No. 28/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-I, Simdega. 3. On 30.05.2024, the petitioner who is brother-in-law of the victim, went to her house and raped her. 4. Learned A.P.P. after going through the Case Diary submitted that victim has supported the prosecution case in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. 5.
