(Oral) Petitioner herein is aggrieved on account of non implementation of order dated 3.5.2025 (Annexure P-2), whereby he has been ordered to be transferred from B.O. Shansha to B.O. Manali. 2. Pursuant to directions issued by this Court, Mr. Kshitij Thakur, learned counsel has obtained instructions from respondents No.1 to 3. He as per instructions imparted to him, states that petitioner herein shall be relieved from the present place of posting within a period of one week, enabling him to join at transferred station. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that petitioner herein is relieved from present place of posting to transferred station - 2 - in terms of transfer order dated 3.5.2025 (Annexure P-2) within a period of one week.
