The Court made the following order:
1. The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in trying to dispossess the petitioner form the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.63.06 cents in Sy.Nos.118, 151, 153 and 154 of Kommadhi Village, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, without issuing any notice or following due process of law.
2. While ordering notice, this Court by order dated 08.01.2020, directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject lands. The 4th respondent filed counter affidavit, whereunder, it is clearly asserted that the subject lands were identified during land pooling process in the year 2018, to utilize the same for public purpose and later the said proposal was dropped.
3. In view of the categorical assertion made by the respondents in the counter affidavit that the subject lands are not required for public purpose, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.63.06 cents in Sy.Nos.118,

151, 153 and 154 of Kommadhi Village, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, except in accordance with law.
4. With the above direction the present writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
