Merry Laskar, who has filed the Crl.Pet. 1247/2023 with prayer to set aside and quash the judgment and order dated 10.12.2012 passed by the learned SDJM (S) No. 2, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati in C.R. Case No. 8338C/2006 as well as the impugned judgment and order dated 26.06.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC) No. 3, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati in connection with Criminal Appeal No. 12/2013; Sri Mridul Kumar Laskar, who has filed the Crl.Rev.P. No. 167/2016 with prayer to set aside and quash the judgment and order dated 26.06.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No. 3 (FTC), Kamrup (M) at Giwahati in Criminal Appeal No. 13/2013 as well as the judgment and order dated 10.12.2012 passed by the learned SDJM (S) No. II, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati in C.R. Case No. 8339C/2006 and; Page No.# 4/4 Smt. Merry Laskar, who has filed the Crl.Pet. 374/2022 with prayer to set aside and quash the judgment and order dated 12.07.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC) No. 3, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati as well as the impugned judgment and order dated 06.05.2015 passed in C.R. Case No. 8337/2006 by the learned JMFC, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati. 2. Also heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. N. Das for the respondent State and learned counsel Mr. M. Chetia for the respondent No. 2 Smti. Dhanada Athporia in all the above-mentioned petitions. 3. It is submitted that both the parties have amicably settled their dispute. It is submitted that all the payments have been made by the petitioners to the respondent No. 2 and therefore, both the parties have amicably settled their dispute on compromise and settlement. 4. As the matters are amicably settled between both the parties and as there are no allegations against the petitioners, Crl.Pet./1247/2023, Crl.Rev.Pet./167/2016, Crl.Pet./374/2022, are disposed of on compromise and settlement between the parties .
