The present contempt application has been filed alleging willful and deliberate violation to the order dated 22.03.2018 passed in WP(C) No.2064/2016. 3. It is seen that the Petitioner has taken steps pursuant to the issuance of notice. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 27.01.2025 on which date, Petitioner was not represented. It therefore appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in the instant proceedings. 4. Be that as it may, it is also relevant to take note of that upon enquiry with Mr. G. Bokolial, the learned Junior Governmet Advocate, he submitted that the Officers who have been arrayed in the instant proceedings are no longer holding the said offices. Page No.# 3/3 5.
