Ms Sheikh Neha Hassan, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner is not in touch with them and could not get instructions from him. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that as the petitioner died, his son has been appointed on compassionate grounds. 3. When the matter is pending consideration, the parties shall invariably pursue the matter.
In the present case, the parties are not in touch with the counsel which shows that they are not having interest in prosecuting the matter and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. 2. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. If at all the petitioner feels that cause in this writ petition survives, he can move an
