This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure challenging the order dated 17.02.2023 passed by the learned Addl. District Judge No.2 Kamrup(M) in Misc. (J) Case No.05/2003 arising out of Title Appeal No.02/2022. 3. After seven and half years of passing a decree by the trial court, the petitioner filed the title appeal along with a prayer under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay. The learned court has held that the delay has not been satisfactorily explained. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. This Court is of the opinion that the delay has not been satisfactorily explained. This Court is not at all satisfied with the reasons shown by the petitioner. I do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the learned trial court. 6. There is nothing wrong with the order of the trial court. This revision petition is found to be devoid of merit and stands dismissed accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
