Heard Sri V. Siva Prasad Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for respondents 1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the survey number in respect of Ac.2.00 cents of Madapalli Village, Chejarla Mandal, SPSR Nellore District was wrongly typed as Sy.No.12/34 instead of Sy.No.1255. He would also submit that on 07.07.2025, the staff of respondent No.3 visited the land and tried to dispossess.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the land of an extent of Ac.571.35 cents in Sy.No.1255 of Chejerla Village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District is classified as ‘Pennar River poramboke’. The petitioner is trying to encroach upon part of the land in Sy.No.1255. In fact, the Tahsildar addressed a letter to the Station House

Officer, Chejerala, to take action against the petitioner regarding the encroachment.
4. Thus, as seen from the instructions, the respondents are disputing the petitioner's possession of the land. This Court, in a judicial review, normally will not declare the ownership. If the petitioner is in illegal possession of the property, respondent No.3 shall take steps per law.
5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is
disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondent No.3 to take steps per law in respect of land of an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.1255 of Madapalli Village, Chejarla Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
