Prior to registration of the same, sal-d sudhakar Reddy manipulated a sketch of site plan. The subject land under registered sale deed in Sy.No.112/8 and 112/9 is a Government land. Knowingly, said Sudhakar Reddy sold the property to him by deceiving hl-m for huge amount, subsequently when they demanded for return of the amount, they inclined to return the same. As such he filed a private complaint before the IV Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tirupati in turn learned Magistrate referred the matter to AIipiri police station, Tirupati District u/See.156(3) Cr.P.C to register and investigate the crime. Hence the crime. 4) Heard. Perused the record. 5). A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that the contents in the F.I,R disclose that the dispute between parties is (`~_=| €--- -- -i . rfe I ++ + +++ ++ + predominantly civil in nature. In connection with that, a civil suit has been filed for recovery of money by the defacto complainant. ln such circumstances, defacto complainant could not resort in filing the present complaint. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail. 6) Accordingly, in the event of their arrest with regard to this crime, petitioners/A2 and A3 shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each, with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condl-lion that the petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and that they shall not Cause any threat, l'nduCement Or Promise tO the Prosecution Witnesses.
