Shri Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, has clarified that he appears for the petitioner in the connected Cont. Cas(C)/370/2019 which has been closed today i.e. 26.11.2025 by a separate order. He has also informed this Court that his client is presently holding the post of In-charge Principal and his grievance has been substantially redressed. In view of the aforesaid development and taking into consideration the fact that the matter is pending since the year 2019, this Court is of the opinion that there is no requirement to continue with this proceeding any further which accordingly stands closed.
