Learned APP waives service of notice of admission for and on behalf of the respondent – State. 2. By way of the present appeal, the appellant has prayed to release him on temporary bail on the ground of providing financial assistance to his family. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent- State has opposed this appeal. 4. Considering the jail remarks, it appears that appellant is arrested on 09.10.2023 and earlier, he has never released. His jail conduct is reported to be good. R/CR.A/919/2025 ORDER DATED: 05/05/2025 4.1. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and reasons stated in the appeal as well as looking to the jail record of the appellant, I am of the opinion that the present appeal requires consideration and the same is allowed. The appellant shall be released on temporary bail for a period of 7 days from the date of his actual release on usual terms and conditions and on executing of personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail authority. The appellant shall surrender before the Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail period, without fail. No further extension shall be granted on the same ground. 5. The appellant – accused shall mark his presence before the concerned Police Station once during the temporary bail period. 6. Registry to communicate this order through Fax to the Jail Authority.
