The petitioner, by way of this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeks quashing of the FIR bearing Crime No. 335/2020 on 13.06.2020 registered by the Police of Police Station 2 Mungeli for the offences under Sections 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, as well as the charge sheet. 3. At the outset, Mr. Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, the complainant has not been arrayed as party respondent in this petition and as such, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a better constituted petition. 4. Learned counsel for the other side has no objection. 5. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a better constituted petition, if so advised.
