At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the respondent authorities have calculated pension as well as retiral dues of the petitioner and communication has been made in this regard, therefore, as of now, he does not want to prosecute present petition. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if occasion arises. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing the aforesaid prayer. 4. In view fo the aforesaid contention made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if occasion arises. 5.
