Learned counsel for the petitioners would purchased the aforementioned submit that the petitioners property under a registered sale deed from respondents 9 to 13. The respondents, 9 to 13, fraudulently got their names mutated in the revenue records and were trying to alienate the property. The respondent on 06.01.2025 (Ex.P4). respondents 9 to 13 and 17 are making efforts to petitioners filed a revision before the Pending the revision, the alienate the property.
5. At the hearing, learned
arguments and urged to direct the 4‘^ counsel for the petitioners confined his respondent to dispose of the revision
.dated 06.01.2025 (Ex.P4), filed by the petitioners under Section 9 of the Afidhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. The writ petition was listed on 31.07.2025, and adjourned to today at the request of the learned Assistant Government Pleader to get instructions regarding the pendency of the revision.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions of the respondent, would submit that no revision is pending on the file of the 4*'^ respondent. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would also submit that the revision dated 06.01.2025 (Ex.P4) does not contain the seal. He would further submit that if the petitioners filed a revision, the 4*^ respondent will entertain and pass appropriate orders.

8. In reply,
learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners will file a fresh revision under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, giving liberty to the petitioners to file a revision under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, before the 4 respondent. If the petitioners file a revision, the learned 4^*^ respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders strictly as per the law. No
order as to costs.
