Learned Advocate holding for Mr. Bedi, for applicants submits that it was an inadvertent mistake on the part of learned Advocate that steps were not taken as against respondent Nos. 4, 6 and 7. Now applicants are ready to take requisite steps within a period of 4 weeks from today. He voluntaries that he will pay cost of Rs. 2,000/- to the Bar Liberary.
