Raju for the respondents No. 1 and 2 and the learned counsel Ms. N. Savitri for the respondent No. 3 are also present in this contempt proceeding. [3] Whereas, the learned senior counsel for the complainant/petitioner in this matter is submitting that this contempt proceeding does not survive for consideration.
