1. Perusal of the record would reveal that none has appeared for the petitioner on more than three previous consecutive dates and none appears today as well.
2. Under these circumstances, contempt proceedings are closed after recalling the contempt notice. The petitioner, however, shall be at liberty to seek revival of the contempt petition within four weeks from today in case cause survives.
