The said memo for withdrawal is being reproduced as under:- “MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL “It is submitted that the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed by the petitioner against judgment dated 10.12.2021 in HMOP No.32 of 2016 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram. It is further submitted that the petitioner and respondents are settled their issue out of the Court. No further orders are required in this matter. It is therefore prayed this Hon’ble court may pleased to consider the same and permit me to withdraw the present C.M.A and pass appropriate orders in the above case.” 3. Sri Mallikharjuna Rao Rudra, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
