2. This contempt petition has been preferred by applicants under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of
2 Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of the order dated 24.01.2025 (Annexure-A/1) passed in WPCR No.41/2025.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the order under contempt dated 24.01.2025 (Annexure-A/1) passed by learned Division Bench in WPCR No.41/2025 has been complied with by the respondent authorities. She further submits that since the order under contempt has been complied with, therefore, nothing remains in this petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents also conceded the aforesaid contention of learned counsel for the petitioner.
