Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the respondents have granted substantive reliefs to the petitioner in terms of the interim order granted by this Court on 15.09.2023. He would further submit that for the remaining reliefs which are sought in the writ petition, the petitioner would approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum. 2. Submission is placed on record. 3. Hence the following: ORDER (i) Writ petition is disposed of. (ii) Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum subject to the law of limitation. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:4242 WP No. 14243 of 2023 (iii) Time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition from the date of filing the writ petition till this date has to be excluded for the purpose of limitation.
