By means of the present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 2246 of 2024 (Smt. Khushboo vs. Mohit Yadav), under Section 144 B.N.S.S., Police Station - Quarsi, District - Aligarh, and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has filed the aforesaid case under Section 144 B.N.S.S. on 28.10.2024 and opposite party no.2 has already appeared in the matter but no progress has been made in the proceedings so far and thus, a direction may be issued to the concerned court to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame. 4. It appears that applicant has filed the aforesaid case on 28.10.2024. Considering the fact that there is huge pendency of cases in Family Courts, no case for issuing any direction for disposal of the case within some specific period is made out. However, it is needless to state that the Family Court concerned shall proceed with the matter as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 5.
