The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111/317(2)(4)(5)/346/347/(1)/339/61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Mayank Maliaz, learned J. M. 1st Class, Ranchi. The petitioner appears to be member of gang of vehicles lifters. On his confession, a stolen Scorpio was recovered from the possession of co- accused. Criminal antecedent report earlier called for, has been received. It appears that petitioner is accused as many as eight cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has been granted bail all those cases. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody last nine months. Considering the nature of allegation and fact that petitioner has got criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
