Senior Civil Judge and Commissioner for Employees Compensation, Belagavi in ECA No.23/2020 dated 27.11.2024. The matter in dispute between the Appellant and the Respondents has been settled and in pursuance of the said settlement Joint Memo is filed by the parties in EP No.39/2025 (filed by the Respondents for execution of order in ECA No.23/2020) the Appellant has deposited the entire amount as per settlement before the Trial Court in ECA No.23/2020 and accordingly EP No.39/2025 has been disposed off as per the Joint Memo before the Lok-Adalat, Belagavi, on 08.03.2025. Hence the top noted appeal may kindly be disposed off as not pressed.” The memo is placed on record. Appeal is dismissed as settled out of court.
