Page No.# 2/2 By order dated 05.06.2025, this Court had given the last opportunity to the appellant to implead the legal heirs of the respondent No.1 within a week’s time. It is seen from the office note dated 12.06.2025 that the interlocutory application for substituting the legal heirs of the respondent No.1 has not been received till date. In the order dated 05.06.2025, this Court has also made it clear that in the event of failing to file the said application within a week’s time, the matter shall stand abated.
