(2 of 3) [CW-5335/2017] JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 11/03/2025 1. By way of filing both these petitions, the petitioner is seeking direction against the State to release the grant in aid 70% proportionate share in favour of the petitioner for payment to the respondent No.2 pursuant to the order dated 11.07.2016 passed by the Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institution Tribunal, Jaipur. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the State respondents apprised this Court that the State has already released the grant in aid of Rs.6309075/- to the petitioner way back in the year 2022 i.e. on 11.01.2022 and the said amount has been deposited in the UCO bank account of the petitioner. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with these petitions and under the changed circumstances, the same have become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, no further cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with these petitions and the same have become infructuous. 4. Both the instant writ petitions stand dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay applications and all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. (3 of 3) [CW-5335/2017] 5. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to move application for recall of this order and revival of these petitions, in case, any cause of action/ grievance still survives. 6. The copy of the sanctioned order dated 11.10.2022 is ordered to be retained on the record. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J KuD/64-65
