learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents 1 to 7.
2. Notice in respect of respondents 8 to 13 is dispensed with since no adverse order affecting their rights or interest is passed.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 6 and 7 are not entertaining the document relating to the property of an extent of Ac.3-26 cents and Ac.3-63 cents in survey Nos.45-2 and 45-4 respectively (total extent of Ac.6-89 cents), Gudepuvalasa Revenue Village, Bhogapuram Mandal, Vizianagaram District, A.P.

4. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confined arguments and submitted that the petitioner filed a statutory appeal under Section 5(5) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short ‘the Act’), before respondent No.4 and the same is pending and urged the Court to direct respondent No.4 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that learned respondent No.4 will dispose of the appeal.
6. Given the facts and circumstances, without going into the other aspects of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing learned respondent No.4 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 5(5) (now 5(4)) of the Act, as expeditiously as possible, strictly as per law. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
